Lead Times
Typical lead times are 6-8 weeks. Our lead times vary depending on order complexity and product backlog, so please contact your dealer or our customer service team to confirm!

Expedited Lead Times
We will give you the most accurate lead time at the time you place your order. Projects that have a shorter job window must be discussed with McIntyre prior to order confirmation.

Exchanges or Returns
Our product is sold As Is with no returns, no exchanges, no rejections or no refunds. Per our terms, all customers acknowledge this before their tiles are produced. In the event of any issues, please reach out to McIntyre and we will do whatever we can to address them.
